2. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content

Bee Studio AI enforces a zero-tolerance policy against the creation, upload, or distribution of any of the following:

• ·CSAM / CSAE: Any form of child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or sexualization of minors.
• ·Non-Consensual Content & Deepfakes: Unauthorized face-swapping, voice cloning, deepfakes of real individuals, public figures or political entities without explicit consent, and any Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII).
• ·NSFW & Adult Content: Pornography, explicit nudity, sexually suggestive material, or adult-themed visual generations.
• ·Violence, Hate & Harm: Graphic gore, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, hate speech, harassment, bullying, or dangerous illegal activities.
• ·IP Infringement & Fraud: Intentional infringement of third-party copyrights or trademarks, deceptive impersonation, financial scams, or disinformation.

3. Pre-Generation Automated Moderation (Fail-Closed Architecture)

Pre-Generation Automated Moderation (Fail-Closed Architecture): Bee Studio AI enforces mandatory automated safety screening on all text prompts and uploaded reference media prior to GPU task dispatch (including integration with POST /v1/moderation/prompt safety pipelines). If a prompt triggers a safety violation or if the moderation service is unreachable, the generation request is immediately blocked (Fail-Closed) before any compute runs. Repeated or severe violations result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund.

4. Enforcement and Violations

Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of account access, permanent suspension, and revocation of unused Credits without refund. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal material.
