Refund Policy

1. Virtual Compute Credits & System Failure Protection

Credits purchased on Bee Studio AI are virtual GPU compute units used strictly to run cloud video generation pipelines. If a generation task fails due to a system error or is blocked prior to rendering, our fail-safe architecture ensures that your valid Credits are not deducted (or are automatically and immediately returned to your workspace Credit balance).

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Once Credits are partially or fully consumed to dispatch cloud GPU rendering, storyboard, or video generation tasks, digital compute services are deemed delivered in full, and consumed Credits cannot be refunded. In addition, accounts terminated or suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are strictly non-refundable.

3. 14-Day Refund Guarantee for Unused Credits

Users may request a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchasing any credit package or subscription plan, provided that zero (0) Credits from that purchase have been consumed.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for unused Credits within the 14-day window, send an email to support@beestudioai.com with the following details:

·Your registered account email address
·Your order number or receipt transaction ID from Creem.io
·Date of purchase and original payment receipt

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds for unused Credits are processed directly back to your original payment method via our Merchant of Record, Creem.io.
